Thanks, I really enjoyed the build. I'm glad to have it finished though. The motor and esc is a Hobbywing Max 10 combo 4100kv. I had a quick test run yesterday. It was quiet and smooth in running. Plenty of power and speed for me on the stock pinion, I flipped it a few times. Great fun indeed.
One thing I wasn't sure about was how tight to do up the ball diff and slipper clutch but hopefully I have got it about right as it seemed to run fine.

You can test this. Hold one wheel and the spur gear so they can't turn. You can just about do this with one hand. Then turn the other wheel. You should feel a good amount of resistance but it should turn. If the bolt on the slipper clutch turns with it, the slipper is slipping before the diff, which is how it should be. The resistance will feel smooth. If the bolt does not turn, then the slipper is tighter than the diff and is not doing anything. Or worse, the diff is too loose and slipping before the slipper. The resistance will feel metallic and notchy.
Great job! These are one of the more technical builds (especially compared to say a TT02).
They're great fun to drive around too!
What motor did you go with?
