external rim width
External only matters if you're refining your aeros, the tyre carcase cares about the internal width.
A 28mm tyre will work equally well on either of those rims, so pick the one which will suit your option tyre - are you going to run a 25 up front for time trials, or a 40 for gravel bashing?

Would gp5000 str 28c tyres work better on a external rim width of 28 or 32mm? Im looking at Light Bicycle AR465 (28mm external) and Light Bicycle WR40 (32mm external)
