I have a Kinesis DC07. It’s on the pictured bike at the moment but I actually have a bougie upgrade I haven’t bothered fitting yet. 28s and guards is doable with the right combination of tyre/rim/guards. Plenty of steerer left, I think. I can measure properly tomorrow and take some pics of the condition if you’re interested.

Please do, if you have a chance. Do you think it would fit >28 mm tyres without mudguards?

Hey, I have one like this:

It will take 32mm without guards.

I have the full carbon version of this fitted to my Sabbath September, WITH mudguards it'll do a measured 31mm tyre underneath (28mm Panarcer Evo inflated to 85psi). It's snug but enough space so it's not going to catch with a stone. Without guards I'd reckon a 34mm tyre

I use TRP957s

Bump. The fork from the Fratello looks ideal if anyone has one lying around.

Sorry I failed to update you on the Kinesis fork. I reckon it’ll do 32mm. I don’t have a tyre to check but I found these pics with a 28mm gravelking that probably blows up bigger than that and there’s a fair bit of room. I’ll drop it out the frame this week if you’re interested. £40 posted btw.

Good morning,
I'm looking for a 1-1/8 fork with large clearance to go with my new frame.
I'd like something that can fit 32 mm tyres without mudguards. The steerer tube would need to be quite long as it's a tall frame. 25 cm or more, I think.
Thanks :)
