Does anyone have something spare - steel ideally, with a long top tube ? At least 60 with similar seat tube - need more stretch and have tried long stems, laybacks etc. Might have something made but I'm a skinflint. Frame or bike.

this raleigh royal is still in my garage. seat tube is 25in I can measure the tt tomorrow.
My XL Genesis Croix de Fer has a longer top tube but a shorter seat tube (not for sale just for information)
