Cheaper, lighter and, I reckon, better looking, what's not to like? I have them on my 12sp UDi2 bike and they work well (although I didn't get rotors with my groupset so maybe an easier decision)
Edit: Centrelock wave. These ones. Although having looked them up, they're quite a bit more £ than they used to be
