  • Nice spec for the money imho - GLWS

  • This is a banging bike for the money. Too small for me but glws

  • From memory, you’re based in Scotland right?

This is such a screamer of a bike for a great price. I’ve been telling my wife I’ll build her a bike for ages and obviously her first bike being an absolute weapon of a climbing bike like this would be utterly ridiculous. But 475st does sound about right for her… I thinks she’s 5ft3, possible slightly taller or shorter.

    What height are you?

  • Wild. Total bargain that. I'd have it without question if it was a few cm bigger in each direction

  • Yeah up near Dundee, but happy to post or meet anywhere in Scotland if you are up here?
I also built this one for my wife but she uses the gravel bike more now so it's not getting the use. She is 5ft2 so should fit fine, the 475 is C to T from their geo, being a climbing frame they are lower frames

  • Last call at 800? before I put it up elsewhere

    Cheers

  • If it were slightly larger I’d have a hard time ignoring the deal - GLWS again!

  • i concur.
If it comes to a split i'd be interested in saddle, stem / bars ( width ?) and chainrings

  • 2nds on the stem/bar and rings - also shifters and mechs

  • I'll raise you with brakes. we might have to split the split

  • I'd be interested in the wheels

  • You have mail. Considering abandoning my planned refurb of partners bike in favour of this.

  • For you or for her? :-D

  • Now there's an idea...

  • Going to try and sell the bike complete for a few days but if not then I will be back here and happy to split it to anyone interested.

    Thanks all

  • Hi, I’m interested. Would be possible to know if is still available?

  • Sorry, have been meaning to get back to you here. I’m just outside Glasgow, not a million miles away from you.
I’d been thinking the bike I’d get for my wife would also be a bit more gravel oriented/chunky tyres/practical.
I think this would be just a bit too extreme for her, it’s really just me that can’t resist a good bargain. If only it had been a 58cm…

    Glws!

Although if you do end up parting out and end up left with the frame set and wheels do give me a shout just incase 😂

  • I hope you didn’t split the bike yet 😊

  • Hi sorry, i was away for a few days.

Yes still have it and was considering the split but certainly would prefer to sell this complete

  • No worries, i know that feeling. I love building bikes which usually means the bikes are way over what the wife needs ;) but when has that ever stopped us haha

  • Hi, Perfect! just one question :) I’m tall 170 do you think the frame will fit me?

  • If is yes, I’m more than happy to confirm you that I will get the bike 🤞☺️

  • on the website for that size of frame it lists 165-175 (as it is a climbing frame they run on the smaller side)

  • Thank you for your information, I’m happy to confirm to you that I will buy the bike :) please let me know how we can proceed from here. ☺️👍
