I've had a Saris Bones 3 for about 5 years now and it's great. Easy on / off, secure, and folds away for less space in the shed etc when not in use.
Despite having roof bars, the idea of roof bike bars makes me nervous as you can't see them, and imagine they make a fair bit of drag on the motorway at 70.

What racks are people using and rating these days? I'm in the market for one that'll fit an A class hatchback. Do I want a roof one or a rear one etc?
