In the groupset thread there was someone who wired everything internally via their bars.
As that guy, I'd ask, what about the shifter bosses and chainstay cable stop? If you're going to leave those on, what's the point of going the hack on your frame to make it cleaner?
I went hard. No more cable stops. Wiring loom custom and captive to minimise hole size.
I really wouldn't consider this doable on a bike with shifter bosses. If it was ally, you could probably just unscrew them after breaking a glue bond, and there you have a big enough hole to pop a plug through, but it's a bit low down, and there are two of them... Meanders to a hard no. Steel of course will be brazed on.
I guess if you're prepared to have the frame repainted, the sky is the limit.

If you could do that then you could come out of the bottom of the BB shell for the FD and RD. RD cable could go under a chain protector.
Then it'd just be a hole in the fork steerer. And your bars. And your stem. And possibly your BB.
