I’ll look forward to watching that this evening.
We spent two weeks in Umbria for my fortieth, and virtually lived off porchetta bought from the markets in Gubbio and Spoleto.

How do people fry their beef burgers, at home, indoors?

In a frying pan
Not sure if a trick question

I use a stainless steel teppanyaki pan. I prefer to grind up the meat from short ribs as it has a decent fat content so no oil is needed. Medium temperature for conventional burgers so they are cooked properly but with a hint of pink, higher temps for smash burgers as they are so much thinner.

cast iron pan, hot, 2 to 2.5 mins a side.

I used to use a frying pan with a lid. Stopped the oil spattering and helped to cook the inside more evenly.
Now I use an air fryer on the grill setting as it's much easier.

Cheers all.
Nice, I’ve not eaten the real thing. I saw a video of a Japanese guy with some sausages and he made a plain pancake (like mine) and it intrigued me
