How do I bathroom / kitchen / extension? etc.

Even more gold club! We have 3 dishwashers because anything less is a bit povo.

Of course there is a third dishwasher in the utility next to the kitchen, for when you entertain and have some help.

We actually have a single 30 years old Miele that's real noisy and no utility.

Wish you didn’t insist on filling it with moisturiser.

The two drawer Fisher & Paykel dishwasher my in-laws have the drawers one above the other. Fair bit of bending for octogenarians but they cope.

If you have 2 dishwashers you can cut your pot and plate storage to basically zero.

Bought a house site unseen.
Needed new insulation, full rewire and we are converting the third floor into master.

We stole a another foot from the bed space and when with a real sized shower 42"x48". The bed space is still 13'x15'

Here is how it's going. New top R rated closed cell insulation, new wires. Moving along on the framing.

Will also replace and enlarge the windows for more light.

Update on the loft.
Frame done, plenty of light (north facing so indirect light) with three helix on the south roof. Plenty of storage. Plaster this week, then all the trades.

Loving the views, we’re in North East London but only just.
We have Enfield to the west but can see the reservoir that keeps them away, my garden office and gazebo to the north and the forest to the east.

The height is nice eh? We wanted a big window out the back for the views but in retrospect all we’d see is some crappy loft conversion about 25m away. The front on the other hand…
