  • I'm aware that display port is capable of daisy-chaining but never seen it done in practice. Wouldn't it require more than a single DP socket though?

    Not sure how the same could be done with power. At least most monitors these days have a separate power brick so you only have to deal with a thin low voltage cable above the desk.

  • Yeah, as @C4r1s says, I think you can do tb4 but think you're limited on refresh rates. I'd be interested in some way of maybe using a power daisy chain but that particular Gigabyte draws 53w and only gives 18w. So I think it's just going to be a minimum of 4 cables and 2 plugs. Which kind of sucks but ho hum.
