drying rack that doesn't accumulate all the gunk in the world?

2 dishwashers. One for cleaned dry stuff, the other for dirty pots. Switch on rotation.

Anything worth hand washing should probably be dried immediately and put away such as nice glasses, fancy knives and cast iron pans.

This is a piss take right? I honestly never know with this thread. It's almost watch thread levels of golf club.

Those two dishwashers are the drawer ones from fisher and paykel, next to each other so no bending.

If you have 2 dishwashers you can cut your pot and plate storage to basically zero.
