An odd thing to get annoyed about, seems like a rather harmless hobby. No one else is pulling up that 'history' so if there's anything significant then better they find it than it just stays in the water and continues to rot. From what it looks like, they are keeping all the scrap and hopefully disposing of it responsibly rather than lobbing it back in at the end of the day.

This lot are always magnet fishing next to Staines Bridge. Fascinating what they pull out, but something doesn't sit well with them pulling what's basically local history out the river and then buggering off with it. I'm tempted to chuck my scrap metal off the bridge because I know it will waste their time.
