Definitely not showering daily.

I’ll shower after a bike ride (not the commute) or a run but otherwise every 2-3 days seems to do me.

I do wash in the sink in between, I use one of those pitrocks so pits get washed daily.

I shower in the morning after the gym, bath before bed.
