Lugwork is exquisite but the paintwork is ratty

This would be pretty fab as a town bike with flat bars & v-brakes - if you added mudguards you’d be the mayor of gentlemantown

The fork will easily take 32mm
The rear is a bit tighter, here’s a pic of a Schwalbe marathon 28 for reference
I still think a 32mm tyre would run

A bit of a curates egg this, it was originally built by Colin Cape of Swindon for my old mate Dave as a crit racing bike.
Later on he had the cantilever bosses fitted by Pearson who resprayed it in Celeste.
It was then used as a back-up bike for CX racing
