Hi all, I have these books from my NQT days.
Free for collection from Leyton if anyone’s thinking of training to be a teacher or knows anyone.
Collection of 9 books I found very very helpful when studying for QTS.
Very useful books and most will be on reading list for teaching qualifications and definitely useful beyond to refer to for best practice etc.
The teachers toolkit: Paul Ginnis
Learning theories simplified: Bob Bates
Not Quite A Teacher: Tom Bennett
The Growth Mindset: Classroom ready resource book
Social Pedagogy and working with children and young people: Where care and education meet
Making Good Progress: Daisy Christodoulou
The Early Career Framework Handbook: The Chartered College Of Teaching
The Autistic Brain: Temple Grandin
How To Teach: Phil Beadle
