Still, thought it was COVID only. But maybe they learnt that missing parts that workers took such stuff like parcel shelves, tool kits and spare tyre bits to sell on. Was a perk.
I've refused two cars from them, they delivered and the cars gained more damage and missing parts one was missing ignition keys that were there as videos of vehicle running with key and the second was not the car I bid on. The leather interior had disappeared so suspected a different car was sent.
Was a ball ache to get a refund and account not be blocked. Turning up to collect was also a pain as drove all the way to Brum to watch them drop the car off the forklift.
