I'd be surprised. We were trying to get the basic ones out of ASO at work last week, and that was like pulling teeth apparently.

As I understand it, they rarely complete it before June as they leave it late to ensure they know about planned road works and improvements and so on, and have time to make minor modifications to the route to avoid them.
