A few Ineos riders didn’t go hard yesterday, so it is likely that they will have a role later in the stage today than normal. But they all train to be able to replicate hard efforts over back to back days, so it’s normal for them. Tomorrow is a flat stage then a rest day on Monday, so they can focus on recovery after today’s stage.
Was it a bit mad that the Ineos lot went hard yesterday? Considering today they'll likely be needed in numbers...
