I don't see why they'd be less weight bearing that outside ones, but not a fork expert.
I have a rack mounted on the inside mounts o my forks and they've been fine.

It may be harder to set up due to the legs of the rack being narrower than on the outside of the forks...But thats what bending it for.
As @RonnieOatmilk said, no reason for weight bearing issues.

Hihi,
My fork has a crown mudguard mount, as well as these mounts on the inside, but it doesn't have any on the outside. Are these inside mounts suitable for a front rack? I've seen some images to suggest racks can be mounted to inside mounts, but also posts suggesting they're not designed to be weight bearing.
