I’ve had a vittoria urbano on my rear wheel fixed, that has lasted forever

There was a thread a while ago where a guy was building a bike for Ultra races and DIY fabricating carbon armrests, anyone remember that? I want to see if finished the project and retained his teeth.

Just needs some wine corks to use as bar plugs to finish the build.

Summer, finally, so out with the shiny bikes, summer wheels and new tyres. Not tried the black Shamals with the Bottecchia before but it's turned out pretty hot.

Starts to be crowded with projects here.. Just got this one as well.

Status after a quick clean up, seems in quite great condition. Some minor rust spots but that was expected. Bottom bracket still spins smooth and after the gunk was removed looks like new. Headset was as well in good condition.

Current tires are 37mm wide and it seems to be plenty of space for wider.

All in all, happy days.
