Just for reference, and I have no idea on specific circumstances but one of my day care dad buddies just toasted his vrs engine with a DTUK map... Leaned out detonation. Might have been bad fuel but there's always a risk.
Having said that I've been running an ATM remap on my 2.0tfsi Audi with no issues for 50,000 kays.
The pedal box is a drive by wire throttle position sensor change isn't it? So you need to press the throttle less to get more of a response? Or does it do something more intelligent than that?
