Best customer service I've had recently (maybe ever) from Vorpsrung Suspension. I have their coil kit in my MTB, I bought the kit second hand, and it developed a noise I couldn't fix. They weren't sure either, but said their products shouldn't make a noise regardless of being the original owner or not, so sent me a new spring for it, for free, from Canada.
