Buy an air fryer, you'll virtually stop using your oven. Problem solved.
Although I suspect if your oven is really heating up the fridge it's due to bad ventilation somewhere.

What is the go to way/products to paint a garage/outhouse wall, currently dusty bricks. Thanks 🙏
Plenty more questions to come!

I'll be looking to do this too at some point, from my research I think Sandtex was the go to.

Heh, I don't have room or budget for another kitchen gadget. But the temptation is strong.
The current oven cabinet has base and head vents, with space at the back. So it looks as-expected. But there's still some heat comes out of the door, especially when open but also when closed. Maybe the door seals aren't great... but also, this is with the oven fan on, so the hot air has to go somewhere.

Thanks. Ordered a tub of 5l which should be sufficient according to their website. Will let you know how I get on.

I've got an unused tub of Sandtex masonry paint, it's a few years old, never opened, free to collect SE. I'll check the colour, I've forgotten.

I've done lots of Sandtexing in my time, applying to both pebbledash and render. It's the good stuff.

Ovens quite often are double skinned and they are vented through this cavity to limit the heat coming from this into the cabinet

Sandtex orffer a roller. I've used a heavy nap roller with Smooth finish sandtex. Not sure I'd use a roller on the gritty finish

Who has a nice solution for hand/dish soap / dispenser thing that isn't wall mounted for those that don't like things on surfaces. Also what about stuff like spongey/clothy things - small dish? Feels like a tenderloin question. Should I have built some kind of pop up dispenser into the surface 3 years ago?
Anyone done a roof garden? We want to turn our flimsy decking above a flimsy extension into something extremely solid underfoot (presuming some kind of tiled stone) that can also support a big steel frame pergola thing. Any thoughts/prayers/tips?

Furiously googling if I can retrofit something into silestone without collapsing my house.

I’m sure you could drill it with a diamond hole saw

Phwoarr. How is it refilled, by popping off the top, or from underneath?

Got a tube down into a 5lt bottle under the sink.
The skoosher is just a cheap one off eBay, does seem to be stainless and has been fine for a year

Grohe do a matching one to our tap so I think that's sorted - now / drying rack that doesn't accumulate all the gunk in the world? And something to put cloths on?
And then crucially steel to support hard floor above an extension.

2 dishwashers. One for cleaned dry stuff, the other for dirty pots. Switch on rotation.
Anything worth hand washing should probably be dried immediately and put away such as nice glasses, fancy knives and cast iron pans.

We have a dishwasher which we run overnight. Occasionally though there'll be a need for some stuff prior to that so we'll handwash and what's done usually gets heaped in a Pick-up sticks style pile on the grooves cut out of the silestone leading into the sink. It's fine I guess as relatively rare we'll want something. Might get some kind of fold out silicone something that can hide under the sink after a run through the dishwasher and be pulled out when needed.
@Grumpy_Git thanks!
@cjr good point. Not that I can see. The original hob was gas, so perhaps the supply pipe and thickness of hob itself meant that the oven wouldn't fit.
I suppose the original motivation was having an oven higher up. The location isn't actually terrible, to be honest, it's just that it's next to the breakfast bar (clashes with chair) and fridge (hottest and coldest thing next to each other). The room is quite constrained, so I imagine this was the best layout available with the client not wanting to bend down to get to the oven. But... Now I'm the client and I'm more annoyed about heating up my fridge, whose compressor is running constantly (and noisily) and whose upper shelf isn't actually very cold.
When I can afford, I'll replace the fridge. But it's nice to give a helping hand to the new one. I'll double check all the dimensions, but height looks fine and depth should be ok as it's already in the adjacent location.
