So good!

I would have loved to get it 'fixed' but apparently Paragon sliding dropouts wouldn't work.

Because the seat stays would be too short?

Perhaps, I didn't get a definitive 'why'. Just a 'no'.

Does anyone in London/Kent have a 55 or 58cm Gorilla Monsoon I could take out for a quick test ride?

Bye bye ugly german winter tires and mudguards. Hello spring :)
I removed the guards one month ago and i feel its raining everyday since :(

November 3rd and still in shorts and summer shoes.
Between November and March I usually follow the mantra of twenty being plenty for my day rides and along with commuting this usually keeps me in good shape ready for spring. Luckily there is some nice riding around me without needing to do big miles.
Lack of All City love lately, so thought I'd chuck some pics in the thread.

Yep it's bloody lovely round our way at the moment.

Ha, I thought you might recognise the route. I need to put the guards on your old Genesis really. It's wasted being my summer bike.

I wouldn't bother, I'd choose that All City every day of the week.

I pretty much do.

There is a super pro frameset for sale locally.
I don’t need it. I can’t afford it. I have too many bikes. But I’m so tempted to

This is how my Mr Pink ended up. Got lucky on eBay with a pair of 240s on A Force rims, lower spoke count than I’d like but I’m sure they’ll be fine. The tires are 36mm but come up more like 40s which is right on the limit of the clearance and its right tightrope with the psi and pedal endurance bob.
The cranks will need replacing before it get any real miles as there 175s which are too long for me these days. Why are one 165 cranks so hard to fine.

What's your experience like with those shifters? (could also use some bdhu)
-
• #716
The function/set up is great, I am getting a bit of a ghost shift issue when I’m out of the saddle which I’ve not been able to pinpoint yet. My working theory.is that clutch might be to stiff of the shifter, but that isn’t an issue I’ve had with bar end shifters.
The shape of the shifters is fine for me but nothing like the new bar end style tombstones you get with disc brake shifters

Hey !
Wanted to show my latest steed, an All City Super Pro built as a ATB/Fun cruiser dynamo thing. 90% of 2nd hand parts and gifts from friends.
First time owning a "modern"bike as this is the first time I have these features:
- dropper post
- thru axle
- Dynamo setup
- 11spd drivetrain
- 650b and tubeless
- disc brakes

Great build! What’s the story with running SS in the second picture?

Thanks a lot everyone !
Last summer I went on a trip with friends, broke the derailleur hanger(the proprietary dropout/hanger is pretty fragile on this model). Thankfully it has sliding droupouts so I did the rest of the trip riding SS(most of my friends were already on SS setups so it was fun joining them).
All City made a V3 of their dropouts and can assure that the new hanger is really stronger than the previous(I took a pic so people could compare).

You're lucky, Simworks announced just about yesterday in their newsletter that they are going to produce them again in CRMO version. Silver dullbright and black finishes(I have the chrome finish from the previous batch).
