I'm just finishing off a bag of the Rwanda Rwamatamu Lot 4 which has some nice acidity to it. I also have the natural Honduras they have on right now which has the winey fermented natural taste quite prominently, if you like that. Recently they've had more dark chocolate/nutty Brazilian options than usual I think, but having bought from them for quite a while their range will change completely fairly frequently.
I'm struggling a bit with James Gourmet Coffee. I really like them as a company, but I've yet to have a coffee of theirs that isn't heavily on the "nutty" side. This is in contrast to Yellow Bourbon who seem to produce loads of coffees that have real freshness and zing to them.
Does anyone have recommendations for specific coffees from JGC that have had a bit more life to them (I'm using a V60 FWIW)?
