Ali Hassan al-Majid was Saddams defence minister and first cousin of Saddam - sentenced to death for war crimes, genocide and was named Chemical Ali for his use of chemical weapons against Kurds.
Muhammad Saeed al-Sahhaf also known as Baghdad Bob and Comical Ali was Minister of Information and was known for his tv interviews and appearances. No chemical attacks or charges of genocide involved.
