I've got some R8000 parts, cable shifters, long cage rear mech and front mech.
I do have a 9100 chainset, 50/34 but it's 175mm. It's one of the ones which could have the whole splitting issue but I recently got it checked at SE20 cycles and it's fine, hasn't been used since.
Brakes are the only part I don't have although I do have some flat mount TRP Spyre's lying around if you wanted to go down the cable disc brake route.
All parts are well used and hence had a fair bit of wear and tear, would be priced accordingly.
