Because the council loves unnecessary bureaucracy I need to make changes to our deed, triggering the mortgage provider to ask for a new valuation. The company they sent previously will come around again and comment on the finishing for £750+VAT.
(WTF this broken system that cannot be fixed coz all these blokes will lose the bullshit jobs they picked up in the local Wetherspoons... £750 to come around and comment on the finishing?? I'll come around your house and comment on finishing for free.)
Anyone know where to get a cheaper valuation survey (I'm in SE London)?
