Have got Herts and Essex Lofts lined up for the job. Came with a recommendation from the architect, and is apparently uncle of the Bespoke people. Currently in the process of getting the lease amended to grant permission, still vaguely optimistic it might actually happen one day.
Outrigger will have the typical 3x3m room, plus terrace extending to within 2.5m of the rear wall.

Cheers, I found the plans on the planning site. From spending ten years in a similiar flat I'd have loved a roof terrace. How much do you think it will add to the cost if you don't mind me asking?
Will be interested to hear how it goes, obviously a big gap in the market for a loft conversion company in the area now.

Anyone had a standard loft conversion (Victorian terrace, max size available under PD so two rooms and an en-suite, no fancy finishes, windows, etc) and able to share a rough all-in cost?
@Brun did you find anyone to do yours? Is the roof terrace going to cover all the outrigger roof or will it be two rooms plus the roof terrace?
