I'm planning a bathroom refurb in a very small room. Any comments/suggestions on this design would be welcome.

That loo looks funky. The spot is fixed because of existing plumbing or not?
I'ld put the loo where the entrance of the shower is now. And then have a smaller shower next to it with the shower head on the adjacent wall.

Get the towel rad into the massive shower area so the toilet space is useable.
