  • I (re)gained an inch in height after visiting an osteopath in my twenties

  • I’m 66 and have shrunk about 3 inches.

  • I definitely want to start yoga too, fed up with the arghh every time i need to bend down to pick something up...

  • Feeling smug, twenty years of yoga later and I can get palms to floor in a forward fold to touch my toes, get my head to the floor in a pancake fold, headstand for 15 minutes, sit in full lotus position and almost do the splits. But I still sigh when I sit down or stand up from a low chair.

  • It has always puzzled me why retirement communities exist but this week I figured it out. Kids are annoying, get them the fuck away from me! 🤣

  • Applied for State Pension today. It's all over isn't it...

  • seem to ache after strenuous physical activity. Is this normal?

My late mum, a retired GP, used to say that waking up without feeling pain somewhere after turning 40, isn’t normal.

  • Not unless they won’t give you any money!

  • If it makes you feel any better, I'm 34 and am genetically predisposed to it. I found that out when flying back from NY when I was 22.

  • Just to cheer everyone up in this thread, this guy is supposed to be 36.

  • lol, private school teacher? Local law firm? Drawing is a v good likeness

  • just some degenerate MP

  • I just let out a contented sigh as I stumbled upon the Accessories page of the Bisley website and realised I could buy specific organiser inserts for my home filing cabinets.

  • At least supply the link…

    (runs and hides…)

  • Just seen someone on the train reading a Kindle with a font size that I could only dream of using

  • One letter per page.

  • Got my nose waxed for the first time. Still on the fence.

I feel like I'm hitting that point where when I look in the mirror I don't recognise the fat old guy staring back.

  • Nose waxing is great, I have been doing it twice a year under the orders of Mrs P. Buy a kit from the internet. It's the ear hairs that are doing me in. My attempt at shaving them off was disastrous.

  • Surely this is still the best way?

  • Nasal clippers.
    Every time.

  • little hands - like trump

  • My barber offers it. They are great around; ears singed, hair washed after, hot menthol head towel (cold one today obvs), and a little shoulder massage all for £20 inc tip.

  • Nose waxing is evil.

Worst thing that has ever happened to my face.

    Pain for weeks.

    Avoid.

  • Why do you want to remove the things that filter out the shit from your breathing pipes?
