Milltag were the best of the three I used. Pm me for undercover info. Don’t want to badmouth here.

Pactimo has been excellent for me. I can put you in touch with an account manager.

Thank you - have been in touch with Pactimo - issue is getting sample jerseys for sizing. They only seem to do a huge mixed pack of kit that you have to pay £540 on a credit card to receive - but the conversation is continuing!

What's current position on this - any good recommendations for small batch corporate kit producer? I'm having a little look and so far have identified usual suspects, but any real world experience would be appreciated.

My colleague did the rounds on this and has plumped for Owayo on two occasions, they are happy to do smaller batches and can help with colour matching/designing if needed. Kit fits as described too

NoPinz have been great for us. No minimum order, people can order single pieces direct from the club shop they set up, they’ll even design it for you.

Also a NoPinz fan here.
Slight issue with the Chamois comfort on longer TTs, but I suspect you're not looking for a skin suit. -

With Milltag gone, if I was doing a kit run again I'd probably just go with Endura.

The Owayo caps were a bit crap the last time we ordered some (last year), and the chamois was meh imo.
On the other hand, their design site was fairly easy to use, and they were pretty responsive. -

Thanks people, good feedback - I think we previously used Owayo and people who've been here longer than me were meh about quality, I was looking at Pariah as a seemingly good and quite small scale run / commitment option for proximity and price (I think, not very clear)

Any recommendations for a supplier of custom cycling caps? Looking to do a small run (30-50). The caps I’ve had vary from “brim disintegrates after a handful of washes” to lasting over 10 years; I’d like somewhere that can provide the latter.

Last time I did a big run it was from the US with Walz. Went for the sublimated techical and the quality is excellent. While they did come in 2 sizes, they are on the smaller side which some people didn't get on with.

Thanks! I'll have them as an option.
Does anyone have a UK-based supplier they would recommend? I'd be keen to use a more local company, if possible.

Looking at doing one v low quantity custom jersey for a client, and a larger but still small run on jerseys for my club. Currently weighing up Endura vs Paria – anybody had bad luck with either of those lately?
Has anyone here got experience of ordering custom cycle kit for an amateur club? If so, any recommendations? Thank you!
