i am not a full on coffee snob but do appreciate a good one. i am an aeropress guy... we get through ~1kg of ground a month. i used to buy from extract coffee roasters every month when they did a 30% offer...

this worked well for me for the past few years, but now they are only doing the 30% off on whole beans!! which is challenging. i have two options:
- invest in something (electric) to grind the beans
- go to a new subscription model from somewhere else. good value is appreciated (extact was ~£20-25 a kilo shipped)
recommendations for both above welcome. my other half bought some crap coffee from lidl earlier and this can't go on

Option A.

Most bang for buck from coffee upgrades come from grinding fresh. Don’t know what budget is for grinder, but Sage Smart Grinder, Fellow Ode, Niche Zero all good options at varying budgets for aero press.
