3k on bathroom (1.5m shower tray, sliding shower doors, shower with separate control valves, vanity, sink, taps, rimless bog and bum gun).No skip permit needed, it’s on the rear garden access road I share with next door. (I’m the bastard neighbour this week, his turn later this year).
700 on laminate flooring + underlay
