My friends have just completed theirs in E17, done by Bespoke Lofts; double dormer with en-suite, basic finishes, cold roof with felt etc. Cost ~£90K.

Ive got Bespoke doing a single Dormer at mine right now, basic finish is about 65, including the vat. We supply bathroom.

So you're looking at ~£70K including everything (sanitaryware, skip permits etc)?
