It could be anti roll bar bushes, the Superb had a similar creak over speed bumps and online consensus was greasing the bushes solved that. I tried it and it got rid of the creaking.

Mounts for the heat shield over the exhaust had corroded so it was loose and making the clanking sound. They're going to fabricate/fix that within the hour for the princely sum of £46.

Yes, a bit creaky
