I only have single speakers and a soundbar but by all accounts you get more value going for a stereo pair than upping the size.
The soundbars are decent for music but a stereo pair would be much better for cheaper.
The app is far superior to the Undok one (the Super connect uses that too).
If you don't need Bluetooth/Aux in you can go with the previous model for a fair bit lower price. There's also a decent number of discounts that come up.

Thanks for the suggestions, I’ll do some reading/price comparisons.
With Sonos is it worth going for 2 speakers set up for stereo or does one sound ok? It would be a little over budget but not crazy.
Should I consider a soundbar instead of more conventional speakers?
