Sorry for all the questions, but since you have one, how do you find the screen? Do you think it’s worth the extra £150 for the (very similar) 955 solar. The main advantage is if it gives extra resolution with maps (especially on trails - say in the lakes or southern uplands) but I don’t have much experience with garmin maps as a baseline.

I got the 955 to replace a Fenix 6S Pro (didn’t like the regular or large Fenix as they felt like dinner plates). UI feels like a step up and far prefer the (lack of) weight
Don’t get the solar though if getting the 955, screen is worse and the battery difference is negligibleI got lucky and found it for ~£280 new though, so it was loads cheaper than the 965
