4ish hours by direct train to paddington (if you get the right one), epic road and gravel riding, good local pool but can't comment on quality of club, bags of good official and unofficial mtb trails, strong local cycling club scene, access to coast by bike, current 20mph speed limit in built up areas (not necessarily abided by) but really quite respectful car and lorry drivers for the most part in my experience. Move to Carmarthenshire, 350k buys a lot of house.
