Yep, both you and @Hobo did.
It turned out that I’d actually had a quote from Michael 8 years ago when I first bought the house. He was by far the cheapest back then as well… about a third of the price we ended paying now sozlol.

Yep, we’re in E10 and had Michael from http://www.essexbrickworkandrepointing.co.uk do ours.
Was half the price of all the other quotes we had, did a very good & thorough job.
