flat above is tenanted and they won't see that bit of wall, because it is essentially a boiler room/washing machine room. They won't be able to see the wall above my window at their level.
Those circles you have drawn are interesting, esp the ones at the window level.
Notes from my handyman/mate:
I'm sure it's coming from the gable end wall.
Yea it's finding the ceiling timbers and then tracking in. I'm guessing working in from the wall ties that are put in to bind the inner and outer wall together.
