To extend the Saniflo /pump question. Is there a reliable way of having a washing machine in a cellar and pump the waste water up to the drain which would be I guess a couple of meters above the machine?

I was looking at sanifo recently as I want to relocate the kitchen, which would.be below the drain so would need to pump sink waste up. It seemed quite straightforward. And I think for grey water not much work.

I'd just email them, they'll advise the right product.
