Hell yeah. Laptops and phones tend to have a good variety.
Grab the batteries too - with the aid of cheap BMS boards, a dremel and a hot glue gun, you can convert all the crap you have which uses disposable batteries to rechargeable. Most stuff which uses two or three cells will work fine off a single LiPo with no regulator beyond what's in the BMS, otherwise you can get little step-up boards for more volts.
