Sprockets - Max maybe 18t - @Mikey5000 could do no more than 17t from memory.

Sunrise looks good - you will see in the vid a friction shifter was used, and I have also seen this deployed
but best of luck finding one if you like that as it appears largely out of stock in the UK.
