  • @PhilDAS yeah that’s what we’re thinking, though my partner should technically be on an XS according to Omnium sizing, so hopefully the size-up won’t be too much of an issue with some tinkering. One of those lever-actuated dropper posts or just a simple old school QR seat clamp (though way to easy for someone just pull out the seat post and walk off), one of those weird adjustable height stem things, some back swept bars, maybe it’d be okay

@jono84 hahah aw man the car does look great though! The needs and wants never end do they

@exteroceptive Utility is the new going fast
    (… i never went fast)

@amey will ping you a pm

  • Dropper is definitely the way. I wouldn't bother with an adjustable stem. All my bikes have got a decent amount of drop from saddle to bars but the omnium is basically level and it's quite easy for someone shorter to ride with higher bars. You can just sit more upright on it which I actually find is beneficial to handling with a load on the front. I'd set the bars and reach so it's comfortable for your partner and then just put the saddle up and ride it as is for yourself.

  • It's mostly just about arriving at your destination without a sweaty back!
