In the long term I don't think the cordless tools are worth the hassle. I have the Mafell corded and Festool corded. If you are using a track saw you need dust extraction just to keep the blade housing clear of debris so you're going to have a hoover and power nearby most of the time amyway.
I would look for a second hand corded Mafell MT55 or Festool TS55. Mafell works on the Festool tracks and they keep their value if you come to sell them.

You are infinitely more qualified than me but I FUCKING HATE when the power cord of the track saw gets hung up on the edge of the track and I have to stop mid cut to free it. I find that this doesn't happen with the dust hose anywhere near as much. It is also very likely that if I used it more I would be more used to making sure it was in a position to not get caught when I'm about to make the cut.
I just never buy anything corded if I can afford it now, not that I have millions of power tools because I dont.
I have a drill, impact,grinder and a multi tool as thats all I need to do most jobs.
