Do you need battery? Cordless has uses but corded if diying in the garden, just works without the concern of losing power mid cut

I just never buy anything corded if I can afford it now, not that I have millions of power tools because I dont.
I have a drill, impact,grinder and a multi tool as thats all I need to do most jobs.

I find corded stuff adds so much overhead it pushes a difficult job in to the 'why should I fucking bother' territory. Straw, camels back etc. But that's just me.
Cool idea getting the power cable to behave like a dust extraction hose though, i.e. rigid and large enough just get out the fucking way.

Gonna be doing a lot of wood cutting soon, any recommendations for a track saw? Was going to buy a milwaukee as I have all the batteries and stuff but festool seems to be a better option apparently.
