Back in Turkey is nice I think.
And first checkpoint pretty far into the race also interesting. So people will already be toast for the First Parcours full of surprises. -

Yeah I like it. Not much Alps which is good imo. Sections in Greece and Turkey quite appealing and a finish in Istanbul seems very cool.

I think the places have just been announced.
I've seen that Mikko and Doug are riding once again. Anyone from here? @jakemcree? -
• #5
Yep, have got a place!

Well done, and good luck!

Quite a hard start parcours with Koppenberg, Paterberg, Oude Kwaremont, Taaienberg and Muur.

It's a bit unfortunate how microcosm has cropped the titling on that video, second glance required

Looks like a very strong field.
Abdullah should be interesting. I doubt he can match Strasser's watts, but always good to see the big names competing! -
• #13
Great to see A Z on there. Wonder what shape he's in.

Cap 1 “south route” vs cap 2 “north route”. Who have experience in here would comment in these routes choices , please?

The one thing I always enjoy the most about this is that people can pick their own route (outside of the prescribed parcours). So far, there's the divide between those going along the Rhine, those going via Saarbrücken, and those going via Metz, plus lots of little variations.
Route just announced earlier.
Looks good. Nice and straight!
Going back to Turkey.
3 controls in the former Yugoslavia, must be the first time there have been none in western Europe.
