This looks ace. I love this generation of clio. I reckon try and find a set of the original rims. Those look like cheap aftermarket rims? Or maybe that's just the black paint.

Replace the head unit? It's what I did to the XV.

google the year and model. there are all sorts of options, e.g. replacement screens from China that have tech built in. Or different head units etc. Someone will have a Youtube video or a massive forum thread explaining how to (e.g. this 594 page monster for BMW that I have been looking into https://f30.bimmerpost.com/forums/showthread.php?t=1675929)
My current Alfa has had the OEM head unit replaced with an Alpine that has all the DAB, bluetooth, carplay and android Auto you would want. But it probably wouldn't fit in lots of cars.

As others have said, replacement head units are a thing. I dd that in my last car and it was quite a lot of faff. I was advertised something like this today and I think if I was going down that road again I'd probably be checking aliexpress for whatever the best version of a low-profile dash-mounted option would be that doesn't need special trim-removal tools to fit and complicated hook-ups into your car's existing electrical supply etc.

Replace the head unit. I know a guy in Bromley who is great.

It's super easy, man.
Especially when somebody else does the work.

Very nice! I might be looking at Leon estate this weekend, but just the 140ps guise.
-
• #77768
This is faster than anything I have ever driven (which isn't really saying much).
-
• #77769
Not sure how similar it will be be but the 190ps one we have is a torque monster and brilliantly direct in the steering.

I've got a pair of Halford axle stands for sale. 2 ton ones, iirc. Bought on a whim and used once One has never left its box. Both with original packaging.
Collection SE25 or CR0 -

Also...long shot possibly, anyone knows of Citroen Dispatch van (diesel 2019) being broken?
Ideally somewhere South/within M25.

Thanks for the nice comments on the Clio folks. I've spent a day cleaning it inside and out and replaced the nasty steering wheel with the original. It's like a different car now. Also ordered all the bits for the major cambelt service which I'll attempt with a mates supervision, also new fluids, number plates, and a few other bits.
@lynx one has a little kerbing, but I have 3 spares, so I'll get the tyre swapped over and make a perfect set to repaint.
@Cornish_Bike 120 - I hope she got off with just a ban!
@Chak I think there's probably a handful of these in existence that's not been ragged, and I'd say those were the ones that were misused!
I guess that these are old enough now that they've hopefully gone through the 'run-into-the-ground' owners and have seen slightly more love over the last 5 or so years as weekend/track toys. This one has definitely seen a track before, judging by the solid top mount drillings and adjustable rear ARB, Semi-slicks, etc but it's super straight and looks to have been lucky to avoid any accident damage.
@TRA these are the original Cup Turini's they just look shite in black. Clearer picture attached.

@Dammit if your occasional car is going to spend most of its time in France, For goodness sakes get a French one. French towns pretty much all service Renault, Citroën and Peugeot. If you have anything else, you'd better live in a big city.
The C5 Tourer is fantastic. The Peugeot 508 estate similarly good. Big Renaults are still shit though.
The proliferation of expertise in them makes them all more reliable than anything else too, and super-easy to sell when you need to. -

Get those wheels painted gold!

Thanks for the nice comments on the Clio folks.
Former RB 182 owner... I'm sure the trend has moved on but get some anthratice renault turbines on there!

Nice, very nice indeed. Man that looks great. Not battered? Difficult finding a 172/182 that hasn’t been ragged.
I used these guys to paint motorbike wheels. They did a great job with fast turn around.
